During the process of preparing a finished printed product, some finishing is required. We can assemble, collate, stitch, bind, pad, and insert your materials into an envelope for mailing.

Manual collation

Manual collating is charged at $30.00 per hour.

Automated collation

If the printing machines we use can collate and assemble the stack, there is no additional charge. If the format of the document set exceeds the capacity for the machine to collate the items, they will need to be manually collated.

Inserting and Sealing

Automated Insertion

Inserting on the automated mail inserter will be charged a $0.05 per completed envelope, which includes one sheet folded inserted and sealed. For additional items, add $0.01 per additional inserted piece. For example, a completed envelope with three pieces inserted would cost $0.07.

Items inserted by hand will be charged at $0.03 per piece, with the completed set charged as a piece.
